Exceptional Dining Experience at Aqua Our family had an outstanding dining experience at Aqua in Plymouth, MI. From start to finish, everything was simply excellent. We began with a salad that, though simple, was incredibly fresh and tender—truly the best we’ve ever had. The quality of the ingredients was superb. For the main course, my husband and I both had the salmon, which was cooked to perfection with a beautifully balanced flavor. The sauce complemented the salmon wonderfully, enhancing its richness without overpowering it. The rice, shaped into a neat square and coated with sesame seeds, was a delightful complement to the dish. Our son enjoyed the Mile Long Burger, and the texture of the meat looked fantastic. Our daughter had the crab and mushroom linguine and couldn’t stop raving about how delicious it was. For dessert, we indulged in the crème brûlée, which had an incredible caramelized crust and a perfectly smooth, delicious custard. My husband enjoyed the tiramisu and found it absolutely delightful. Even the water at Aqua stood out! The cucumber-infused water was refreshing, but even without the cucumber, the water itself had a clean, excellent taste. Beyond the amazing food, the service was exceptional. The staff was polite, friendly, and showed us great respect, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Aqua is a true gem, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Wonderful ambience. The staff was polite and incredibly attentive. I was concerned the portions would be more of the small plate nature based on the photos they have on their digital menu, but the plates were an okay size for the price. Food was beautifully plated and the drinks were well crafted. This was a great date night experience. I would recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a "fancy" date night, a birthday celebration, etc.

The food here is always on point. My steak was cooked perfectly as I requested and the appetizers were fresh and tasty.

From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was perfect—elegant yet warm, with stunning views that made our celebration even more special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their attention to detail and professionalism truly impressed us. They helped with the planning and execution of the event, making it stress-free for us while adding their own creative touches that delighted our guests. The food was absolutely exquisite! Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the menu, and the custom options they provided for us were perfect. The drinks were equally fantastic! Overall, AQUA Restaurant provided us with a beautiful setting for our daughter and future son-in-law’s engagement celebration. We couldn't have asked for a better venue. Thank you to the entire team for making this day so memorable! We look forward to returning for future celebrations!

Went there for Valentine’s Day with my wife and very glad we did. The atmosphere was very warm and romantic. They had a musician going to every table playing violin. The food was great. We had lamb chops and steak, both were very much to our liking! Overall, would definitely go again!

I really enjoyed the seafood options. Also, the violin player added a nice charming touch to the night! Highly recommend !

Great food, atmosphere is relaxing and luxurious. My favorite place to eat, the food is amazing every single time. Dana is an amazing waiter that we ask for every time we’re here, which is at least once a week, the owner is very hospitable and greets everyone with a smile. A perfect restaurant for every event!

Dana was fantastic! We went on a Friday night to celebrate my mom’s birthday and had a wonderful experience. A talented violinist was performing, the service was excellent, and the interior decor was very nice. Looking forward to going back again!
